Which projects do we support?
It must be a non-profit association. Ideally, it should have a focus on supporting children and not have a website yet.
How high is the funding?
The project is limited to 50 hours of support. This corresponds to Z.Z 4500€ excl. VAT at equivalent value. If the project exceeds the number of hours, the support is terminated and you can continue the project at our usual hourly rates! In addition, we take over the technical maintenance for 12 months with a minimum value of 360,00€ plus VAT.
Are unused hours paid?
Unfortunately we cannot make any payouts.
Limitation of the project duration?
The project is limited to a maximum of 3 months, regardless of the number of hours still available. This is for the protection of us and other clients, as some clubs are not able to complete projects in a usual time frame due to their internal organization.
External costs?
Should external service providers be commissioned by mutual agreement, the client shall bear the costs. In addition, Joomla Agency does not pay in advance for licenses and other external costs.
